The xreal glasses are great for videos but not so great for text (like udemy lectures) because I have astigmatism. I got the nosepad inserts bit they keep getting oily because they are right there on my eyelashes and I have to keep wiping them off.
I found an easier way to use prescription lenses with the xreal: I just need to clip them on together. Additional benefits are that the nose pads are a lot more comfortable because they sit higher up my nose bridge, I can finely adjust the angle of the xreal so I can see the top and the bottom clearly (the triple adjustment of the xreal legs are emot fine enough).
Disadvantage is that it’s bulkier and the xreal sits a bit further than usual (which is fine for home use, and I don’t really care how it looks to other people).
