My 12tb drive started failing and it’s replacement just arrived. I’m now in the process of rebuilding parity in unRAID.
It’s good to remember that while these solutions aren’t a backup, it helps a lot with uptime. I would have spent hours restoring files from various backup sources if I didn’t have this sort of mirror/parity arrangement and automatic failure detection
